WHERE IT STARTED

Before it became a training philosophy, movement was simply a way of life.

Emmanuel and his brother Victor Okongo grew up among seven siblings in Kochia, Homa Bay County, Kenya. Life was demanding, and the work around them was deeply physical. Watching their parents and grandparents lift, carry, and work with their bodies taught them early on what it meant to have strength with a purpose.

After finishing his education, Emmanuel moved to Abu Dhabi. The stark contrast of city living highlighted a modern problem: how quickly natural movement and vitality can disappear behind desks and daily routines. Determined not to lose that foundational strength, Emmanuel and Victor collaborated to shape a new training approach—one inspired by the practical, resilient labor they had grown up around.

GRITFORCE 8 brings that heritage into functional training and strength and conditioning for sport and everyday life. We build strength you can actually use, with longevity always in view.

The name reflects our core belief: everyone has grit. Training is simply the tool to unleash it. Our system is built on eight essential movement patterns, giving your effort direction and turning raw grit into purposeful action.

From Kochia to Abu Dhabi, this is GRITFORCE 8: Grit put into action.

Longevity is what we stand for: training with the aim of staying strong, mobile and capable through the years, not simply chasing the next hard session.

The way we train

Assess. Train. Recover. Evolve.

Assess - your goals, experience and current movement before the next step.
Train - every session has a job, matched to your level.
Recover - part of the plan, not an afterthought.
Evolve - progress is a decision, not just a heavier weight.

Together, these steps keep strength and longevity at the heart of your training.

Different starting points. Same purpose.

You don't need to look like an athlete to take your training seriously. New - start with clarity. Already training - bring structure. Performance - make the next phase purposeful.

You don't need the perfect starting point. You need a useful next one.
