Advanced Online Program
Train with intent toward your next performance goal.
For experienced athletes and lifters who know the work and want a disciplined next phase. Bring your strength, conditioning and recovery into a purposeful training cycle, with measurable work rather than more random intensity.
A performance-led next step
Your ambition might be a stronger performance, better body composition or a future competition. Start with the training demands you can currently tolerate and a goal you can define. A competition ambition does not make every general program an event-specific preparation plan.
Who this program is for
- Experienced athletes seeking a structured general strength and conditioning phase.
- Serious lifters who want a focused next cycle without needing to be professional competitors.
- Competitive amateurs and masters athletes whose general training needs match the program.
- Highly trained adults pursuing strength, performance and disciplined training habits.
How the current program is structured
- A 16-week cycle built around four training days each week.
- Full-body strength, aerobic conditioning, carries, trunk work and mobility.
- Different main-lift rep ranges across strength days, with effort and recovery rules.
- Optional power or speed work only where technique and readiness requirements are met; never an automatic upgrade.
- Lighter weeks and self-review checkpoints at weeks 4, 8, 12 and 16.
What is in the program
- Baseline-check and goal-setting guidance.
- Session prescriptions for exercises, sets, reps, rest and effort.
- An exercise library with written cues and demonstration links.
- Tracking, readiness and progression guidance.
- Recovery and reduced-session options when the planned workload is not appropriate.
- One monthly coach check-in at the end of each 4-week microcycle: review your progress and adjust what needs changing.
Know the scope before choosing
The current program is a general strength and conditioning cycle for experienced healthy adults. It does not include a complete sport-specific competition plan, event taper, physique-contest preparation, weight cutting or rehabilitation. You should already tolerate four training days and have reliable technique and effort judgement. Check the required equipment and how this workload fits alongside your other training before starting.
Take your training seriously
Choose the program for the work it contains, not a label. Match your current readiness to a purposeful next phase and keep your longer-term performance ambition in view.
